1. Introduction

33bnm is an online casino and sports betting platform operated under the domain 33bnm.io and marketed to adult players based in Bangladesh. These Terms apply to all aspects of the 33bnm platform and supersede any prior representations, statements, or agreements — written or verbal — between you and 33bnm. 2. Eligibility

To register and maintain a 33bnm account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold no more than one (1) registered account on the 33bnm platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether registered using the same or different personal information — will be treated as duplicate accounts. 33bnm will close all duplicate accounts and may forfeit any balances or bonus credits associated with them.

3.1 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your 33bnm account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 33bnm account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 33bnm will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. 3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

33bnm operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed or as part of a periodic account review: government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of residential address dated within the past three months, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. All documents submitted for KYC purposes are handled in accordance with the 33bnm Privacy Policy.

4. Deposits & Payments

33bnm accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfer from supported Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100. The maximum deposit amount per transaction may vary by payment method and is displayed in the 33bnm cashier at the time of deposit.

All deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. 33bnm does not accept deposits from third-party payment methods. Deposits made from unverified or third-party sources will be returned and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

33bnm does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment service provider (for example, your bKash or Nagad account operator) may apply its own transaction charges, for which 33bnm accepts no responsibility.

Deposits are typically credited to your 33bnm balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment network. In rare instances of technical delay, please contact 33bnm support with your transaction reference number and deposit confirmation.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the payment method associated with your most recent qualifying deposit. 33bnm does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, unverified wallets, or payment methods not belonging to the verified account holder. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 2 business days depending on the receiving institution. 33bnm does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.

33bnm reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of a suspected breach of these Terms, or review of a withdrawal that exceeds standard processing thresholds. Withdrawal requests that involve bonus funds which have not yet met the applicable wagering requirement will be declined until the rollover condition is satisfied. Where a player requests withdrawal of a real-money balance while a bonus is active, 33bnm may at its discretion void the bonus balance and process the real-money withdrawal only.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings generated from free spins are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement must be wagered thirty times in qualifying games before withdrawal is permitted. 6.2 Bonus Abuse

6.3 Promotion Validity

All promotions have a defined validity period. Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the stated validity window will expire and be removed from your account without notice. Expired bonus funds are not recoverable and no cash equivalent will be offered.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

11. Limitation of Liability

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

The arbitration decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of arbitration.
